According to the Rosspetsmash Association, production of equipment for the food and processing industries in Russia, excluding refrigeration equipment, amounted to RUB 36.1 billion in January–June 2026, down 5.5% compared with the same period in 2025.

The largest declines in production were recorded in the following segments: livestock equipment (-48.9%), confectionery equipment (-42.5%), foodservice equipment (-26.5%), grain cleaning machinery (-25.0%), equipment for feed mills (-24.0%), weighing equipment (-19.3%), and equipment for flour milling and groats production (-15.7%).

Domestic equipment accounted for 32.88% of the Russian market for food and processing industry equipment, excluding refrigeration equipment, in January–June 2026. This represents an increase of 0.14 percentage points compared with the 2025 figure.
